Easily sell gift cards online with Rinsed checkout forms

Before you start, be aware that:
- Online Sales capabilities vary by POS. Talk to your CSM before enabling online sales in your Rinsed account.
- Gift Card items must have preset denominations ($25, $50, etc). Rinsed does not support "Name your amount" gift card sales.
- Gift Cards may be physical, digital, or both, depending on POS. See POS-specific guides for details.

Q: The customer says they never received the gift card email. How can I resend it?
A: To resend the purchaser confirmation, search for the purchaser (by name or email) under Customer Management > Members. Click on the customer, then scroll down to Emails and open the confirmation email for the gift card purchase. From there, click Resend and send the email to the desired email address.

Q: How can I do a BOGO gift card sale?
A: Rinsed can only support Buy One/Get One gift card sales in the sense that you can sell a $100 gift card for the price of $50. To do this, work with your POS to set the gift card value to $100 and the price to $50. However, it is not possible to send two separate gift cards/two separate confirmation emails for a single gift card purchase through Rinsed.
Q: Can customers check their gift card balance through Rinsed?
A: It is not possible for customers to check their gift card balance through Rinsed today. *For Sonnys gift cards, customers will receive a receipt after using the gift card, and this receipt will display their remaining balance.
