Follow these instructions to share your branded carwash app install page with customers.
Share your wash's app install page
To share your wash's app install page:
- Log into The Car Wash CRM
- Navigate to Customer Management > Customer Portal
- At the top of the page, you'll see the option to View Install App Page. Click the copy button to copy your app install link.
- Paste the app install link into a scheduled or campaign message, or turn it into a QR code for physical signage. You can distribute this link however works best for you!
- Once a customer visits the install link, they'll follow a simple set of prompts to get the app downloaded to their mobile device.
What your customers can do in the App
Once customers have logged into the app, they will be able to manage their membership and/or rewards account.
In the app, customers can:
- View plan details
- Edit account contact information
- Cancel plan, switch plans, enroll in family plan *if enabled
- Update billing information
- View wash history
- View rewards points and redeem rewards
For members, the app home screen will show plan details and contact information.
For retail customers, the app home screen will show rewards points and history.
Additional tabs such as Billing or Wash History can be viewed by selecting the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
