Intro To Salespath for: Onboarding Teams

An overview of the implementation process for sales path

First, on behalf of everyone at Ignite Wash, we want to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to be part of your success. We are confident Salespath is going to be a valuable tool that gives you a whole new level of performance and sales empowerment.

Second, we want to guide you through what the next steps are as we begin implementation.

Your Tasks:

  • Complete the onboarding document
    • The first thing we will need is your onboarding doc filled out (the one we emailed you_. The two most important pieces of info we need upfront are POS credentials and an understanding of your wash menu and whatever offer you will be using.
    • As soon as we receive this document we will reach out to schedule an onboarding call to review your info.
  • Confirm you have strong WiFI in sales area
    • Your Salespath tablets will need consistent wifi in your pay station or sales area. If you have not yet installed outdoor wireless access points for this area, we recommend installing now. 
  • Let your team know what's coming
    • We have created two introduction webpages for new clients: one for your managers and management team, and one for your sales team.

The Management Portal:

  • The management portal is a web-based reporting tool where management teams can view sales associate and location sales performance in real time. You can access this from any computer or mobile device. You can see things like:
    • Live conversion rate by company, location and sales associate
    • Engagement rate showing what percentage of customers are receiving a presentation
    • Coverage rates showing if you are missing customers due to coverage issues.
    • Other performance reports

CoachBot & The Message Center:

  • On the sales associate dashboard they will find the Message Center. This is a chat feed where they can receive and send messages. CoachBot is the automated coach who will send them messages from time to time. This includes messages congratulating them on hitting sales achievements as well as gentle nudges when there are missed opportunities. We have human coaches connected to these threads so we can also reach out in a very tailored way.

Points & Marketplace Rewards:

  • It is pivotal that sales teams feel motivated both extrinsically and intrinsically. That's why we give sales associates points for every membership sold as well as anything else you choose like top retail packages, etc. You choose how fast sales associates accrue points and also how many points are required to get rewards. They can then choose rewards that will get emailed to them in the form of digital gift cards. This is built on a digital gift card account that you will fund and we will draw from as we automatically fulfill reward orders. 

What Happens Next?

We are currently setting up your Salespath system. Here is what happens next:

  1. Presentation Design
    1. We are working on what the presentation will look like and also working on a general script to go with that. Associates will not need to use this word for word. We think of it more like a framework. 
  2. Training Course
    1. If your car wash has opted in, we are also working on the sales associate training course for your car wash. This will cover everything from sales best practices to a video on the exact presentation for your car wash. This is a digital course.
  3. You Get The Tablets
    1. We will then send your car wash the Salespath Tablets and you can get a feel for what that will be like to use. Each sales associate will have their own login.
  4. Go Live!
    1. Going live is very straight forward. Sales associates use the tablet to launch a presentation and use it for each customers. They then see their dashboard with stats, and management teams see live data.
