Marketing

• New AI Audience Builder: Describe the customers you want to target, and our AI will create an audience for you. Once created, you can easily adjust the audience to make sure it fits your needs and then save it. Learn more here.
• Text Message Failure Downloads: Download details of failed text messages to understand what went wrong and take action to fix it.

Customer Portal

• Admin Impersonation Access: Admins can now view and manage memberships as a specific customer, even if the Customer Portal isn’t active.
• Resume from Pause Date Updates: The “resume from pause date” field is now available for more POS systems through a checkbox in the portal setting.

Patheon Customers Only Update

• Payment Updates with Moneris: Patheon users can now update payment methods with Moneris, and full checkout functionality will be available soon.
• Checkout Experience Changes: The location field now needs to be selected before entering credit card details, which ensures accurate setup for location-specific transactions. 

ICS Customers Only Update

• Gift Card Registration Options: A new setting lets gift cards be registered in the recipient’s name if you enable the “register to recipient” and “show gift recipient email field” options. You can decide whether the purchaser or recipient gets the gift card email and confirmation. For more information, visit this help center article.

Downsells

• Downsell Offers by Cancellation Reason: You can now set specific downsell offers based on why a customer cancels. This allows you to address their concerns more directly and encourage them to stay.
