Overview
Rinsed provides you with templates for your Marketing Campaigns:
To access the templates navigate to Marketing>Campaign Messages
These templates contain example marketing copy, making it easy for you to get up and running with various marketing initiatives:
To make these active, all you need to do is click into the campaign message and set “Is Active” to ON:
Before turning these messages on, we strongly recommend tailoring the messages to your wash’s branding.

The Campaigns
Rinsed offers five different campaign templates:
1) Credit card decline messages
Also referred to as "dunning" messages. This campaign is what will be sent to your members when they enter credit card decline, asking them to update their payment method. Your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager will work with you to activate these messages as soon as your CRM Implementation is complete.
2) Former Member Drip Campaign
Also called a “winback campaign”. Use this campaign to entice former members back into an active membership:
3) Non-Member Drip Campaign
Use this campaign to help convert non-members into members. Start with a free wash, then advertise your monthly membership program.
4) Retail Loyalty Campaign
Use this campaign to help incentivize loyalty amongst your retail members, and help convert them into members:
