2025 January - Salespath Product Releases

All product changes that occurred in January of 2025 for Salespath.

System Feedback Enhancements

We’ve rolled out updates to give you more clarity on tablet Wi-Fi connectivity, POS connectivity, and reward fulfillment, including a new report and dashboard widget:

  • New Late Session Report: Located in the reporting section, this report helps identify Wi-Fi connectivity issues across locations. It highlights problem areas at the top of the report, making it quick and easy to spot and address any issues.
  • New System Status Card:  Stay on top of your system’s health with just a glance. Added to the Salespath dashboard, this card shows real-time updates on POS connectivity, Wi-Fi status, and reward fulfillment. Green indicates everything is running smoothly, yellow provides warnings, and red signals a problem. 

Additional Reporting Features

  • Background Report Exports: Now, exportable reports (Commissions and Member reports) run in the background. Start the process, keep working, and we’ll notify you when the download is ready via a new icon in the header.
  • Performance Report Adjustments: A new summary line aggregates data for the selected date range, making it easier to compare weekly outliers against overall trends.

Presentation Manager Updates

  • Simplified Tabular View: Presentation Manager now displays in a tabular format, making it easier to see which locations are using specific presentations.
  • Improved Presentation Editor: We’ve added clearly marked zones with pink outlines in the editor, so you can quickly identify and edit the areas that need adjustments.

Reward Fulfillment Update

  • Tango Account Details at a Glance: The fulfillment page now displays your Tango account number and balance at the top, helping you stay better informed while managing rewards.

New Feature: Device Manager

  • Easier Tablet Management: This new feature lets admins reset and re-enroll devices with an enrollment code. Whether you’re reconfiguring tablets for a different site or troubleshooting, this feature simplifies the process and makes device management easier.
