We’re wrapping up the year with new Salespath features: an Audio Analytics Tab for better coaching insights, cleaner navigation, and a new way to add images to your marketplace. Scroll down to learn more.
- System Status Notification on Dashboard:
- Tablet Connectivity Status: You can now get instant feedback when you have wifi issues at a location. If tablets are struggling to connect to the server you will see a warning message on your Salespath dashboard. That will link to the Late Session report, which will give you insight into which locations are having issues and to what extent.
- POS Connectivity Status: This will show you if there are issues syncing transactions from your POS to Salespath.
- Listen Analytics Report: Gain visibility into how often managers are listening to sales presentations. The new Listen Analytics report shows the number of listens and total listening time, so you can see who’s engaged and coaching effectively.
- Updated Presentation Management page: We now have an easier way to view and track your presentations in the newly designed Presentation Management page. You can see which locations are using which presentations, and you can see both active and inactive presentations.
- Updated Performance Report: Our weekly performance report used to limit you to weeks starting on Sunday and ending the following Monday. Now you have the flexibility to enter any date range. We also added a summary row at the bottom to show you the overall performance during that period.
- Keep Sales Stream Clean with Admin Controls: Admins can now delete posts in Sales Stream that don’t belong—whether they’re messy, off-topic, or unsavory. Keep the conversation focused and professional.
- More Control with Override Permissions: You can now limit the salesperson override button for only certain users instead of all managers being able to override and therefore effect commissions.
- Easier Navigation with Grouped Pages: We’ve reorganized the navigation to group related pages together. Reports are in one spot, settings are together, and audio tools have their own section. It’s faster and more intuitive to find what you need.
Improved Commission Report Details: Viewing transactions just got easier! The commission report now shows customer details for each transaction. Quickly access member info without jumping between screens.
