Setting Up Your TANGO Gift Card Account

Learn how to set up your TANGO gift card account

We use TANGO as a digital gift card company to automatically fulfill marketplace rewards. During the onboarding process we will send you an invitation to setup your account with TANGO.

  1. Click the “Accept Invite” button in the email. If you do not see the email, make sure to check your spam folder. It will be coming from noreply@tangocard.com.

  2. Complete your user registration.

  3. Once you are logged in, click the“Funding” link on the left-side menu.

  4. Fund the account by adding a credit card or using ACH.

You can login to your TANGO account at any point and view orders sent, and account balance.

Adding Funds to Your TANGO Account

Once you've added a payment method to your account, you will also need to add funds to the account. Rewards will be fulfilled using your account balance, rather than pulling directly from your payment method on file.

To add funds to your account: 

  1. Navigate to Funding
  2. Make sure you have added a payment method. If you have not, add one by clicking Add payment method > Add credit card or Add bank account.
  3. Click Add/Transfer funds.
  4. Repeat this process for each Tango account that you have (you may have multiple if you have several locations).

Pending ACH funds will be available 3-5 business days after fund request was submitted.

*Note: If you have not added funds to your account, your Automatic Reward Fulfillment will result in an error message, which can be viewed under Administration > Marketplace Rewards Ledger.

 

Once the above steps have been completed, your account is now setup. Employees will receive their rewards via their personal email and they can redeem digitally.
