Resend TANGO Rewards

How to resend a gift card through TANGO

If there was an issue with the email address used to fulfill a reward, it can be resent through Tango.

Note: Resending TANGO rewards is only available to Tenant Tango Admins or Rinsed employees. If you do not have the correct permissions to resend a reward, please contact support@rinsed.co.

To resend a reward through Tango:

  1. Log into TANGO.
  2. In the top lefthand corner, click on the account name to select the correct account. This will bring up a box where you can search for your carwash location and click the name to select that account. Note: If your wash only has a single location/single TANGO account, you can skip this step and proceed to Step 3.

  3. Click Orders on the left side of the screen

  4. Next you would need to find and click on the corresponding reward. We recommend searching by email or by date fulfilled to locate the order you need.
  5. After you have found and clicked on the correct reward, you will be taken to another page where you need to again click on the reward, which will bring up a box with an Actions drop-down

  6. Click the Action drop-down menu and select Resend Reward

  7. This will bring up a box that will allow you to input a new email address (if needed) and then you can click Resend Reward to have the reward resent.
