How to resend a gift card through TANGO
If there was an issue with the email address used to fulfill a reward, it can be resent through Tango.
Note: Resending TANGO rewards is only available to Tenant Tango Admins or Rinsed employees. If you do not have the correct permissions to resend a reward, please contact support@rinsed.co.
To resend a reward through Tango:
- Log into TANGO.
- In the top lefthand corner, click on the account name to select the correct account. This will bring up a box where you can search for your carwash location and click the name to select that account. Note: If your wash only has a single location/single TANGO account, you can skip this step and proceed to Step 3.
- Click Orders on the left side of the screen
- Next you would need to find and click on the corresponding reward. We recommend searching by email or by date fulfilled to locate the order you need.
- After you have found and clicked on the correct reward, you will be taken to another page where you need to again click on the reward, which will bring up a box with an Actions drop-down
- Click the Action drop-down menu and select Resend Reward
- This will bring up a box that will allow you to input a new email address (if needed) and then you can click Resend Reward to have the reward resent.
