Rinsed Inbox Notifications
Set up your notification preferences for new conversations, responses, and conversation assignments.
Once you have been added to Rinsed Inbox as an Agent or Administrator, you can enable or disable email and push notifications.
To edit Rinsed Inbox notification preferences:
- Hover over your profile icon in the bottom lefthand corner. Click Profile Settings.
- Scroll to Notification preferences. From here, you can enable Email or Push Notifications for all new conversations, conversations assigned to you, mentions, new messages in assigned conversations, and/or new messages in participating conversations.
