Setting an Automated Channel Response
Set an auto-response message for each of your Rinsed Inbox channels
To set an auto-response:
- Click Settings > Inboxes
- Click the gear icon next to the Inbox you would like to edit
- Make sure that Enable channel greeting is set to Enabled
- In the box below, add your auto response message. *Note: Your Rinsed Inbox will be pre-set with a basic auto response message letting customers know that this is an unmonitored line.
- Repeat Steps 1-4 for any other inbox where you would like to send an auto-reply.
Note: Only Rinsed Inbox Administrators can edit channel greetings.
