Setting an Automated Channel Response

Set an auto-response message for each of your Rinsed Inbox channels

To set an auto-response: 

  1. Click Settings > Inboxes
  2. Click the gear icon next to the Inbox you would like to edit
  3. Make sure that Enable channel greeting is set to Enabled 
  4. In the box below, add your auto response message. *Note: Your Rinsed Inbox will be pre-set with a basic auto response message letting customers know that this is an unmonitored line.
  5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for any other inbox where you would like to send an auto-reply.

Note: Only Rinsed Inbox Administrators can edit channel greetings.
