Rinsed Navigation Update (Coming November 2024)

Navigate smarter: Explore our sleek, intuitive new menu

Rinsed CRM will be getting a navigation upgrade in November 2024 to make the platform easier to use. 

What's changing? 

  • Tickets - The Tickets Tab will now include only Ticket Inboxes, Pause/Cancel Reasons, and Ticket Resolutions. 
    • Pause/Cancel Reasons was previously Ticket Request Type Reasons. This tab is where you can edit the reasons that appear in the dropdown when a customer attempts to pause or cancel their membership.
    • Downsells, Switch Plans, Family Plans, Ticket Forms, and Email Templates are now under Customer Management.
    • SMS Opt Outs and Email Subscriptions have been renamed SMS Opt In/Out and Email Opt In/Out and are now under Marketing.
  • Members is now Customer Management - The Customer Management tab now includes Member Search, Family Plans, Customer Portal, Cancellation Flow, Downsells, Switch Plans, and Email Templates.
    • Member Management Forms was previously Ticket Forms- this is where you can create the member management forms for customers to make changes to their membership. 
    • Cancellation Flow was previously Marketing Content - this is where you can adjust your initial cancellation screen that appears to customers (pre-downsell offer).
  • Inbox is now Rinsed Inbox 
  • Checkouts- 
    • To reduce confusion, we have removed Sales Orders (successful purchase attempts) and you will now see only Purchase Orders (successful and failed purchase attempts) 
  • Marketing - The Marketing tab still contains Audiences, Campaign and Scheduled Messages, Contact Lists, Vouchers, and Member Offers.
    • New additions: SMS Opt In/Out and Email Opt In/Out
  • Analytics - No change
  • Settings - Several lesser-used pages have been removed from Settings to improve ease of use. 
    • Customer Portal is now under Customer Management.
    • Marketing Content is now Cancellation Flow and lives under Customer Management.
