2025 May - Product Releases

All product changes that occurred in May of 2025.

Support Agent:

    • Customer Conversations in Dashboard: Conversations between customers and the Support Agent now appear in the individual customer dashboard, allowing staff to review prior interactions for context and follow-up.
  • Expanded Language Support: Support Agent now supports 25 languages, enabling broader accessibility for customers across diverse markets.
  • “Barcode Numbers Only” Toggle: A new toggle has been added that allows Support Agent to request only numeric barcodes. When enabled, letter-based entry instructions are removed, and the barcode is automatically added to any incomplete ticket.
  • Support for Canadian Phone Numbers: Support Agent has been updated to better support Canadian users by recognizing area codes within Canada.
  • Location Display on Incomplete Tickets: Incomplete tickets generated by the Support Agent now include the customer’s location, helping teams triage and respond more effectively.

Family Plans:

  • Proration Behavior on Downgrade: When a customer downgrades from a family plan to an individual membership, the system now applies the proration setting from the originating family plan.
  • Updated Setup Page: The setup interface for Family Plans has been redesigned for improved usability and clearer configuration.
  • Removal Confirmation Email: When a child account is removed from a family plan, a confirmation email is now sent to that user to confirm the change.

Checkout Forms:

  • Terms of Service Requirement: You can now require users to scroll through and view your Terms of Service in a modal directly over the checkout form—no more pop-ups or new windows. It's a simple change that improves transparency and provides a better customer experience.

General:

  • One-Click Cancel Option: We’ve added a new “one-click” cancel option to help you stay ahead of evolving compliance regulations like the click-to-cancel laws.. When enabled, this ensures all cancel tickets require at most one screen to submit.

Fleet:

  • Optional Location Selection: Fleet users now have the ability to optionally enable location selection during fleet usage, giving businesses more flexibility in how fleet services are applied.

Marketing:

  • Enhanced Audience Filter for Membership Plan Names: The “Membership plan name” filter within the audience builder now includes a “contains the text” option. This allows users to perform case-insensitive partial matches, enabling broader audience targeting based on plan name keywords (e.g. plans containing the word "Ultimate").
