- New Audience Filter: “Membership Total Payments” – This filter highlights the total number of successful recurring payments tied to a membership.
- Example: If a customer joined three years ago, canceled after one year, and rejoined after another year, their join date would be three years ago, but their total payments would be 24 (two years of successful charges).
Customer Portal:
- Faster & Easier Login for Customers: Customers logging into the Customer Portal will now receive a short code via text instead of a link, making sign-ins quicker, secure and more user-friendly.
