2025 June - Product Releases
All product changes that occurred in June of 2025.
Checkout Forms:
- Make pricing more transparent at checkout: You can now show customers the tax and total cost directly on the checkout form. Just enable “Show Total Cost” and “Show Tax” in the checkout form editor.
Family Plans:
- Easily clean up unused family plans: Admins can now delete family plans directly from the platform without needing to reach out for support.
- Clearer messaging during family plan signup: We’ve updated the language on signup screens to better explain the difference between “additional vehicles” and “total vehicles,” making the experience smoother for customers and operators.
Audiences:
- Filter by multiple membership plans at once: You can now filter by more than one plan using the “membership plan name” filter, just separate each plan name with a comma.
Tickets:
- Get more insight in support platforms: Downsell tickets forwarded to Zapier or Zendesk now include richer details, like plan ID, name, price, type, and the latest retention status, so your team can take smarter action, faster.
Customer Portal:
- Customer Portal access is now faster: Membership data now syncs daily at 12:15pm ET. This means new members who sign up in the morning can access their Customer Portal that same afternoon.
Patheon-Users Only:
- Patheon customers can now use WorldPay: Checkout forms for Patheon customers now support WorldPay as a payment processor. Reach out to your CSM to enable.
Customer App:
- Drive installs with new landing pages: We’ve launched customizable landing pages to help you promote and drive downloads of your Customer App. Perfect for linking in your texts, emails, or QR codes.
- Stay top-of-mind with push notifications: You can now send push notifications through the Customer App, giving you another way to drive visits and keep members engaged.
Support Agent:
- Control when Support Agent forwards calls: You now have full control over Support Agent’s forwarding windows. The default is 9am–5pm daily, but you can customize this to align with your staffing schedule.
- Support for family plans is now live: Support Agent can now enroll customers in a family plan, add or remove vehicles, change family plans, or cancel them, all without your team needing to step in. Just make sure family plans are fully enabled and the toggle is on in the Support Agent phone settings.
- See what your customers are entering: Transcripts now show typed digits, giving you better insight into what customers input during their calls.
