2025 April - Product Releases

All product changes that occurred in April of 2025.

Marketing:

  • Target campaigns based on weather: Use our new Location Precipitation audience filter to automatically reach members in areas that had rain or snow—perfect for post-storm promos and weather-triggered campaigns.

Family Plans:

  • Family Plans now available for more systems: Family Plans are now supported for DRB LPR, Sonny’s and ICS customers!

NPS

  • Collect feedback and boost reviews: Our new built-in NPS tool lets you embed surveys in any email or text in a matter of seconds. Promoters are automatically prompted to leave a Google review—no extra work required.

General Platform:

  • Simplified notifications: Voucher depletion alerts are now neatly grouped in a collapsible view so you can focus on what matters most.
  • Custom dashboards by role: Make sure your team is seeing the most relevant information for their position. Your CSM can now tailor dashboards by role—just reach out if you'd like to make changes.

Updates for AMP users:

  • Sell memberships online: You can now enable online checkouts for membership products, making it easier than ever to grow your member base.

Checkout Forms:

  • Smarter address lookup in Checkout Locator: We’ve improved how addresses appear during checkout to better protect our systems. You'll still get autocomplete, just with slightly updated formatting.
  • Prevent recent members from repurchasing: Our new “do not allow sale” setting lets you block recent members from checking out again, helping reduce duplicates or people who would like to game the system.

Support Agent:

  • Keep hours synced with Google Maps: Hours now sync daily with Google Maps, and you can manually refresh anytime with the new “Sync Hours of Operation” option.
  • Choose your voice: You can now select whether the Support Agent speaks with a male or female voice.
  • Faster ticket confirmations: If a support request comes in and we don’t have an email on file, we’ll now send a confirmation via text instead of asking over the phone. If we do have an email, it still works the same—no action needed, but you can customize the text templates if you’d like.
