Ticketing
- Ticket Categorization Update: We’ve revised ticket categories for clarity. “Pending” tickets are now divided into two categories:
- Unsubmitted: Tickets that need additional information from the customer. These tickets will automatically close after an hour.
- System Processing: Tickets waiting for automatic processing to complete. No action required from you.
- Ticket Source Display: The admin page now displays the source of Member Offer tickets (e.g., text message or email).
Marketing
- Voucher Audience Targeting for Sonny's Customers: Sonny’s customers can now create audiences based on voucher redemptions and track their effectiveness using the Marketing ROI dashboard.
- Winback Campaign Support for Sonny’s Customers: Reactivate previously active license plates using a Rinsed checkout form.
- Campaign Archiving: Campaign messages can now be archived directly without the need for a separate “archived” folder.
- Text Messaging Enhancements:
- A new banner alerts you if a voucher is depleted before sending a text.
- View the number of pending outbound messages per campaign or scheduled message.
- Two new options have been added to the actions menu:
- Retry pending messages
- Clear pending messages
- Scheduled Plan Switch: You can now schedule a plan switch for customers, allowing you to automatically move a customer to a different plan after a set number of days.
- Search Functionality: Campaigns and scheduled messages are now searchable.
Forms
- Custom Fields for Contact Forms:You can now add custom fields to your contact forms. Custom fields are saved to the contact record and included in exports, so you can better organize and analyze customer info.
Analytics
- New Member Offers Dashboard: Track the performance of your member offers with insights like total revenue, opt-out rates, and redemption percentages to optimize your campaigns.
