Credit Card Churn:
- Text Editing for Payment Alerts: Customize the default text that reads, “There's a problem with your payment method on file,” to better fit your tone and messaging.
Customer Portal:
- Admin Login Update: Admins can now log in as customers to quickly manage memberships directly from the customer portal.
- Member Referral Code: Members can easily find and share their unique referral code, available under the “My Profile” section. This feature can be enabled in the customer portal settings.
- Realtime Membership Status: Customers can now view their membership status instantly when they log in.
- Fallback Login Update: Customers no longer need to enter the last 4 digits of their credit card by default when using the fallback login. This setting can be toggled on or off in the portal settings.
Member Offers:
- Ready-to-Use Templates: Create new member offers in no time with pre-built templates.
Analytics:
