2024 December - Product Releases

All product changes that occurred in December of 2024.

General Platform

  • New navigation for a cleaner look: We’ve redesigned the navigation to a stacked layout, providing a smoother experience across all devices.
  • Easily search within folders: Search on index pages now includes folder content, helping you find what you need faster.
  • Find answers faster with our new Help Hub: Click the Help Center link on the right side of the top navigation bar to open the Help Hub. Use our new AI-powered Help Bot to search for answers and get the help you need, when you need it.
  • Earn rewards for sharing Rinsed: A new page under “Accounts” allows you to send us referrals. Earn $400 per location when your referral signs up and stays for 3 months.

Customer Management

  • Make your switch plans stand out: You can now add images to switch plan descriptions. Images automatically adjust for a clean, polished look on any device.
  • Canadian province support added: Alternative logins in the Customer Portal now support Canadian provinces.

Family Plans

  • Reorder family plans easily: You can now drag and drop to adjust the order of family plans within the settings page.
  • Improved portal access for family plans: Only the family plan owner/parent can log in to manage subscriptions. 
  • Plan switching overrides: You can now override whether proration is applied when switching plans. If the toggle isn’t “on,” the Replication Group setting will be used.
  • See total vehicles in family plans: The family plans list now displays the total number of vehicles in each plan.

Marketing

  • Better duplicate management in contact lists: You can now exclude duplicates within all contact lists to ensure only new submissions are accepted.
  • New audience size warning for texts: When sending a text message to a large audience, a warning will confirm if you’d like to proceed.

Checkouts

  • Compliance update for credit cards: Checkout forms now display credit card brand icons to indicate which cards are supported.

Sonny’s Specific Updates

  • Set a resume date for unpaused memberships: Sonny’s now lets customers choose a resume date when unpausing memberships. This option appears on the second page of the form after entering personal details. If no date is selected, memberships will resume in 60 days by default.
