Set Up A Member Management Form

A guide of how to set up a member management form in Rinsed.

A member management form can be used by your customers on your website to make changes to their membership and update their payment method. Here is a step-by-step guide to set one up:

1. Navigate to Tickets> Ticket Forms> New Ticket Form

2. Next, name your member management form. Give it a customer facing Title and a customer facing Subtitle if applicable

Please Note: Leave the default Title and Subtitle fields blank to use our default settings. Our default settings are pictured above. Please get in touch with your dedicated customer success manager or email support@rinsed.co for additional assistance

3. Toggle active the applicable fields for your member management form. Once selected, click Create Ticket Form. These fields can be modified at any time, even after you make the member management form live.

4. Once your form has been created, scroll to the bottom of the form to locate the HTML Snippet. This HTML snippet must be embedded on your website for the form to appear on your website.

6. To add ticket request types to your form, click the Actions button and then click Add Request Type. Toggle on "Enable Automated Ticket Transitions" on this page to ensure all tickets submitted attempt automation.

7. Now it is time to add a ticket request type. First, name the customer facing new ticket request to set up a new request type. Next, assign the associated code. Then configure help text or confirmation text if applicable. A Redirect URL can be used to direct the customer elsewhere once clicked. Then click Create Request Type.

8. To edit your member management ticket form click into the associated form, click Actions>Edit Ticket Form.

9. To edit specific ticket requests, click Edit under the associated request. Then click Update Request Type when you're done making edits. To delete a specific ticket request type, click the Delete button under the associated ticket request.
