Member Cancellation Flow

This article will explain what customers see during the cancellation flow and how to make changes to the content in Rinsed

When your customers are using Rinsed ticket forms to cancel their membership, they will go through a cancellation flow. 

The first screen they will see is a screen asking if they are sure they want to cancel. Here's an example of a graphic:

You can edit this copy under Settings> Marketing Content>Edit

Here you can edit the text that is displayed when a customer attempts to cancel. You can also insert an image via HTML as this field is HTML responsive. 

This will then look like the image above when the customer attempts to cancel through the member management form:

If the customer selects that they want to cancel, you can set up downsells to appear on the second screen. Checkout our downsell help center article for more info!
