Send Receipts to Customers Manually
An outline of how to send a manual receipt to your customers.
Your members can request membership receipts automatically via your Member Management Form or Customer Portal. However, if you need to manually send a receipt to a customer, you can do so by following the instructions below.
Note: Entering an email address for receipts doesn't automatically update the member's profile.
Note: The Member Search is now located under Customer Management > Members.
