Impersonate a Member in the Customer Portal
Manage accounts on behalf of your members in the Customer Portal
To manage a membership on behalf of one of your customers in the Customer Portal, or to view what they are seeing in the Portal:
- Click Customer Management > Members.
- Search the name, email, phone, or barcode of the member.
- Click on the customer name.
- Scroll to the Memberships section.
- Next to the membership you would like to edit, click Manage.
Alternatively, you can:
- Click Customer Management > Members.
- Search the name, email, phone, or barcode of the member.
- Click on the customer name.
- Scroll to the Memberships section and click on the membership you would like to manage.
- Click Actions > Manage in Customer Portal.
