Impersonate a Member in the Customer Portal

Manage accounts on behalf of your members in the Customer Portal

To manage a membership on behalf of one of your customers in the Customer Portal, or to view what they are seeing in the Portal:

  1. Click Customer Management > Members.
  2. Search the name, email, phone, or barcode of the member.
  3. Click on the customer name.
  4. Scroll to the Memberships section.
  5. Next to the membership you would like to edit, click Manage. 

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click Customer Management > Members.
  2. Search the name, email, phone, or barcode of the member.
  3. Click on the customer name.
  4. Scroll to the Memberships section and click on the membership you would like to manage.
  5. Click Actions > Manage in Customer Portal.
