Manually Opting Customers Out of Emails

A guide to manually opting customers out of emails sent from Rinsed

A customer can opt out of email messages sent by Rinsed by clicking the unsubscribe button on any email they receive:

If you want to manually opt a customer out of Rinsed emails, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the customer object. Select members>search>type in member name>select member

2. Find any email in their customer object and click into the email

3. Select unsubscribe on the email

 

4. That's it, you're done! 

 

NOTE: This will opt the customer out of all future email communications from Rinsed. If they want to opt back in they will need to contact your wash and Rinsed will have to set it up in the backend. In this case, please email support@rinsed.co for assistance.
