An overview of how to message everyone on a contact list in Rinsed.
To message all contacts on a Contact List, you will need to create an audience using that list. Here's how:
1. Click Marketing> Audiences> Actions> New Audience
2. Give your audience an easily recognizable name.
3. Click add filter.
4. Under the property drop down, select contact list. You'll now be able to choose which contact list(s) you want this audience to reference. If desired, you can select multiple contact lists.
5. Save your audience.
Please Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for contacts referenced in a list to appear in your Audience.
Now you can create a campaign or scheduled message, and set the Audience field to the audience you just created!
