Rinsed / Patheon customers can now power their online sales and payment updates with WorldPay.

As of May 2025, Rinsed can support Patheon customers using WorldPay as their payment processor! Continue reading to learn more about the checkout form and payment update nuances for Patheon / Worldpay customers.

Checkout Forms for Patheon / WorldPay customers

Patheon/WorldPay checkouts in Rinsed are a 2-step checkout experience. First, the customer is prompted to enter their contact information and billing zip code. Then, a credit card collection modal will pop up. Once that's submitted, the purchase order will go through. Note that there may be a pause between the time the credit card form is submitted and the time the checkout page redirects / shows a confirmation.
