Activate Items on Patheon E-Commerce Site

How to activate memberships and single washes on your Patheon E-Commerce site for use in Rinsed CRM

In order to sell memberships and single washes through Rinsed, you'll need to activate the items on your Patheon E-Commerce site. This allows the items to be visible to Rinsed so that you can use them in your Rinsed Checkout Forms, Downsells, Switch Plans, etc.

To activate a monthly plan or single wash on your Patheon E-Commerce site:

  1. Log into the Patheon Portal.
  2. For monthly plans, navigate to the Plans tab (please see step #7 for single washes)
    1. Select Membership and locate the plan you want to update.
    2. Click Edit on the selected plan: Unnamed
  3. Scroll down to the Sites section
    1. Click the Edit button Unnamed
  4. Locate your E-Commerce site
    1. Find the site labeled -WEB, which represents the E-Commerce platform.
    2. Toggle the checkbox to enable it.
    3. Click Save. Unnamed
  5. Verify Activation
    1. Confirm that -WEB is now labeled as Active in the sites list.
  6. Rinse and repeat for all desired plans. 
  7. For Single Washes, navigate to the Products instead of Plans at Step #2
    1. Follow steps 2a - 5a to add these items to the Ecommerce site

      If you need help adding items to E-Commerce in Patheon:

      Send a request email to knowledgecenter@drb.com. The email should include a list of all items that need to be activated at the eCommerce site.
