How to Download Customer App

Follow these instructions to download customer app to your mobile device (iOS or Android)

Note - Customer App will be specific to one location group.

1. Open the wash's portal link on your Android or Apple device. You will be taken to the standard customer portal login screen. Enter your phone number and select Continue.
2. Enter the 6 digit verification code that was texted or emailed to you and select Verify.
3. Once logged in, select Install as an App.    
4. Follow the prompts to install as an app. Click the Share button and then select Add to home screen. 
             
5. Click Add.
    
6. The app icon will now appear on your home screen!

Once you've logged into the app, you will be able to manage your membership and/or rewards account.

In the app, customers can:

• View plan details
• Edit account contact information
• Cancel plan, switch plans, enroll in family plan *if enabled
• Update billing information
• View wash history
• View rewards points and redeem rewards

For members, the app home screen will show plan details and contact information.

For retail customers, the app home screen will show rewards points and history.

Additional tabs such as Billing or Wash History can be viewed by selecting the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
