Rinsed Implementation Process

An overview of the process for getting started with Rinsed!

Welcome to Rinsed! To ensure you get the most out of our features, we will guide you through a comprehensive Implementation process. All customers are required to go through this setup process.

Objectives of Implementation:

  • Ensure an ongoing technical connection between Rinsed and your car wash Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Enable you to understand Rinsed features and how they work.
  • Turn on Rinsed features (checkout forms, member management forms, downsells, marketing, etc.).

Phases of Implementation:


The Implementation process is broken down into two key phases:

  1. Technical Integration - during this phase of the process, your assigned Rinsed Implementation Manager (IM) will work with you to complete all tasks resulting in the technical connection between Rinsed and your POS software. These steps will differ depending on which POS your wash uses. Your IM will explain which steps are completed by you, which steps are completed by Rinsed, and which steps are completed in collaboration with the POS. The technical integration is considered complete when Rinsed and your POS software are connected.

  2. Feature Enablement - after the completion of your technical integration, your IM will introduce you to your dedicated Rinsed Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will work with you to turn on Rinsed features (checkout forms, member management forms, downsells, marketing, etc.).

How does a typical implementation process look from beginning to end?


While specific steps and estimated timelines will vary per POS, here is a general overview of the process from start to finish:

  1. At deal close, an IM is assigned to your implementation project.
  2. Account Executive (AE) introduces you to the IM over email.
  3. IM instructs you to complete some initial tasks, including scheduling your implementation kickoff call.
  4. Kickoff call occurs.
  5. IM works with you to complete Rinsed-specific and POS-specific prerequisite tasks required for technical integration.
  6. Upon completion of prerequisite tasks, IM works internally with other teams at Rinsed to complete the technical integration.
  7. Upon completion of the technical integration, your IM will introduce you to your CSM.
  8. CSM will meet with you on an ongoing basis to enable and enhance Rinsed features.
