Collecting contact information through Salespath and sending to Rinsed CRM
If you’re a Salespath and CRM customer, you have the ability to collect contact information in Salespath to use in your Rinsed CRM marketing campaigns.
How it works
- You collect a retail customers’ phone numbers in the tunnel as part of your Salespath presentation.
- Those phone numbers get added to a CRM contact list.
- We message the customer with a contact form asking for additional information (email, first name, last name) in exchange for a free wash voucher or other discounted offer.
- When the customer submits the contact form, we update their contact information, so that you can have more detailed and robust data.
- We give Salespath points to the salesperson who collected the customer’s information.
Step 1: Create a Contact List
- Navigate to the Marketing > Contact list
- Navigate to Actions > New contact list
- Give your Salespath contact list a name
Step 2: Create a Contact Form
- From within your new contact list, navigate to Actions > Add Form to add a contact form to your contact list.
- Fill out the form, then click “Create Contact form” at the bottom of the page
Step 3: Add Templates to Your Contact Form
- You need to add two templates to your contact form:
- A Salespath Form Template: This template will be used when sending out the contact form to the phone number that your salesperson collected in Salespath in the tunnel.
- A text or email confirmation template: This template will be sent to the customer once they successfully submit the contact form.
- Feel free to customize these templates to your match the language of your brand and your intended campaign.
Step 4: Link Your Contact Form to Your Salespath Presentation
- If you’ve successfully set up your contact list, contact form, and templates, you will see that a “Salespath Reference Code” has been attributed to your contact form. Use this code to reference this contact list in your Salespath presentation.
